Welcome to the Nuşitos Kitchen

Our menu is a modern interpretation of Azerbaijan's ancient culinary traditions. Every dish is made from fresh, local produce, with traditional methods and creative touches. The heart of our grill is a glowing basalt slab — where meat, fish, and vegetables find their most natural flavor. Bread and meat baked in the tandoor oven form the foundation of traditional Azerbaijani cuisine. All prices include VAT. For guests with allergies, we can clarify the ingredients of any dish — just ask your server. 'Nuş olsun!' — the warmest wish we send along with every dish.
