The rules for using the digital platforms of Nuşitos Restaurant.
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service apply to the official website, social-media pages, and other digital platforms (hereinafter — 'the Platforms') of Nuşitos Restaurant. By using the Platforms, making a reservation, or benefiting from our services, you fully and unconditionally accept these terms. If you believe any provision does not apply to you, you must discontinue use of the platform.
Use of Services
The Platforms may be used only for lawful purposes. You must refrain from actions that disrupt the operation of the platforms, spread malicious software, or violate the rights of other users. The information you provide during a reservation must be correct, complete, and current. Making a reservation with false information is considered a breach of the terms. The Restaurant reserves the right to block accounts at its discretion.
Reservation and Order Rules
Reservations are accepted subject to availability. Reservations confirmed by the Restaurant are valid only within the specified date and time range. To cancel a reservation, you must contact us at least 2 hours in advance. If you do not arrive at the specified time, the table may be given to other guests after 15 minutes. Group reservations (8+ people) require prior agreement.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Platforms — logos, slogans, texts, photo and video materials, design elements, menu descriptions — is the intellectual property of Nuşitos Restaurant or the respective licensors and is protected by copyright. Users may view materials only for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any commercial use is possible only with prior written consent.
Disclaimer
The Platforms are provided 'as is'. We do not guarantee that the content will be uninterrupted, error-free, and virus-free. Changes may be made to the menu and prices without prior notice. The Restaurant, its employees, and its partners are not liable for any indirect damage that may arise from the use of the platforms.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nuşitos Restaurant is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damage arising from your use of the platforms. The Restaurant’s total liability may not exceed the last amount paid by you for the services. This limitation does not apply to intentional acts.
Governing Law and Changes
These Terms of Service are governed in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Disputes will first be addressed through negotiation, and if not resolved, will be heard in the courts of the city of Baku. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
